#S SUCK FOR 04 COBRA?
Ok with all the mods below i only laid down a 12.40 @ 120 mph with a 1.8 60 ft time...and the next run i did a 1.9 60 ft with a 12.70 @ 117 mph...i took it to central florida turbo and had it dynod on the mustang dyno and the numbers where 442.6tq 393.5hp...whats the deal here?..because doing all those mods i felt a very big difference in power..i thought they came with 390 stock to the motor?

Was the Dyno tunned right? That dont sound right I always see cobras that are higher numbers lol as a GT guy Im scared of you guys I thought you always had 400 plus and i only had 300 and some lol. Guess not try a new dyno or mybe his setting was wrong. Just doesnt add up I tell you pull up to a Corvette and go at it and then you will find out what your running lol!

390 hp is at the flywheel. Most Cobras dyno at 370-380 stock. With a pully and a GOOD tune most dyno close to 450 give or take. My buddy has a TB, pully, tune, mid pipe and cat back and he dyno'd today at 496 to the wheels. My other friend has just a pully, Prochamber and catback and he dyno'd at 455. Sounds like you need to dump the Predator and get a real tune.

Can you post up the dyno sheet ? How do the power curves look?? Just because you have a good peak number doesn't mean the car is tuned right through the curve.
What was the temp at the track?? How about the humdity?? What elevation are you at??
There could be alot of factors.

i wonder... what type dyno is this btw? is it a mustang dyno? if so, that could be why....
also, a 12.4 looks pretty good for the car.... another question... are you getting full boost out of the new pullies and arent having any belt slipage or vaccum leak? what plugs are you running? timing? theres alot of stuff to factor in the hp you have.
