Default Factory Hood weighs....
Hello.

does anyone know what the Factory (04 GT) hood weighs?
I can not find it on any sites.
Is there a site that shoes what things weigh in the car?

I would be interested in finding that out too. Isn't the hood fiberglass though? It shouldn't weigh too much.

I'd like to see someone do a write up on the wieght of parts in the mustang... like hoods, seats,trunk lids, wheels, ect. That would help me out in the fight against my convertables fat A$$....

40.8lbs for the stock hood, but somewhere I had a link to a page with a lot of stock weights, but I can't find it [>:]

that site doesnt all seem right. why would a rear cloth seat weigh 7 lbs more then a rear leather seat. wouldnt leather weigh more?
