Good Cams for a 5.4

i am thinking on getting a set of cams for my 5.4 that i am building, what cams will make good HP & TQ that wil;l still work with stock springs all other valve train? i wone thet power band to be between 2500-6000 any input would help.

call comp cams they were very helpful to me and even if you dont buy cams from them they can tell you how to choose the cams that will allow your engine to perform the way you want it to

What about FOrd lightning cams? Are they the stock f-150 cams?

im not sure i think they are the same as a regular 5.4, the only diff that i know about the 5.4 and the lightning is that the SVT has about 8:1 or 8.5:1 CR and i have 9.5:1
