I have a bone stock 02 GT coupe, i ran a 14.4 with a 2.2 60 ft on some ****ty continental tires. Im lookin for some opinions here. what would i need to make this car run a 12????

I know i could prob cut a 13 with a 4:10 and some slicks, but what else would i need to nail that 12.90.
I dont want any kind of FORCED INDUCTION, no nitrous, supercharger, or turbo. just straight motor. what is the cheapest way i can reach my goal?

Cheapest is the supercharger. Getting in the 12's will be very expensive without. Or you could drop a LS1 in it.

I would say you need every bolt there is, plus some mild weight reduction and some good drag tires (MT ET Street Radials would do it). Search some of Jdanials posts, he has been asked this question before.

Well, the title says 12.99 and your first post says 12.90. There is a HUGE difference between and 12.99 and a 12.90 when running N/A. If you want a 12.99, you need good DR's or slicks, gears, exhaust, plenum, TB and you will be close. The biggest thing is practice getting your 60's down. For every tenth off your 60', it's roughly 2 tenths off your 1/4 miles time.
