i recently, (500 miles ago) had a ram stage II clutch, and a ram all. flywheel , and a steeda adjustable clutch pedal quadrant installed. at first my clutch pedal felt better than new when depressing, but now it feels like ***. its really stiff and its difficult to ease it into gear. any idears?

too much pre-load tension on the clutch (clutch cable) check you're cable out see how its set up, that might fix it
