Default MIL light on

my mil light had been on for about a week so i finally checked it out today, and here are the codes it spit out: P0156 - o2 sensor circuit malfunction, Bank 2 sensor 2. P0172 - System too rich (Bank 1). and P0175 System too rich (bank 2). my only mods are a cold air intake, and a pro-chamber mid pipe. any ideas?

Chances of both sides running rich are very slim. Your mil eliminators are more than likely messing up.

Do you have MIL eliminators? If not get them and that should correct the problem. Better yet, get a tuner and shut the o2 sensors off completely. Also the tuner will be very helpful down the road as you get more mods.

MIL Eliminators would be a good option....

It isn't uncommon to get a lean reading on one bank and a rich reading on the other. Frequently, one faulty 02 sensor will throw the code on the other bank. Once one goes, reading will be haywire. Your best bet...replace the rear sensor on bank two, clear your PCM, and see if that takes care of it.
