I timed my car before and after before I got my S/C and my car was not at all faster. May have been a tenth slower.
Zero Does anyone actually have dyno #'s before and after. That is with no other mods or tuning?
are you serious?? or do you mean tb and plenum instead of s/c
What I meant to say was that before I got my S/C I put on my TB/Plenum and timed it with an almost completely stock motor. all I had was a Diablo tune. I timed it before and after with a G-Tech and the car was no faster in the 1/4 mile. The times may have been a tenth slower. I don't know what the difference would be with a S/C but on a stock motor I had no benefit period.

Hi,

Just curious, have you ever compared your G-Tech times to a trip at the drag-strip?

Hi,

The throttle body and plenum combo are made by Professional Products. I personally have a professional products throttle body, and know several others that use them, and they work great. If I add a CAI to the combo, it will most likley be the K&N setup. It provides ample airflow and is affordable. Let me know if this sounds like something you would be interested in. Hope to hear from you soon.

I'm not trying to be a smart *** but the problem is that so many of us have an aftermarket TB/Plenum but all I see are posts that say "I heard" , "I read", "or "I would guess". Lets see some proof. Like I said my car was not faster (stock with a tune) and I timed it. Anyone with numbers????

Not stock. I put my super charger on that same weekend but I wanted to see if there was a difference before I did so I went out for a little test before and after I installed the TB/Plenum.

here is a link for an mm/ff article where they install a few things. I think they only installed the TB, not a plenum though. I would think both would net better gains, since the plenum is still a bottleneck.

Hi,

The K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kit, combined with the Professional Products Throttle Body and Plenum, will go for $419.99, with free shipping. Just in case I haven't advertised it enough, orders over $50 receive FREE shipping. I've had a few people ask me about that, so I will be making it clearer on the website. I will the intake combo on the website tonight. Let me know if you have any more questions.
