Default a bad miss or stutter

I recently installed 40 series flowmasters, bbk offroad xpipe. Now my idle has a miss in it. Is this the cause of what ive installed. or do i need to change the plugs. this is an 02 gt. those are my only mods so far. any help would be appreciated. thanks

ive never noticed a prob, till now. at idle u hear a pop every so often and cruisin at any steady rpm the car has a lot of stutter and missing going on. a slow hesitation also. but during rapid throttle response all is well. ive had people tell me to just change the plugs, but i dont see how that is all seeing how its only now doing it after i installed the flows. u think any different?

are the 02 plugs back in, or you forgot and left them hanging, or loose.
