My ford dealership says that the lawsuit is not settaled and they cant help me. what should i do? does anyone have a number i can call so i can have them check my vin number? how long did it take for ford to get back to you and give you your money?

i wonder to those that bought there car from a private seller. how will the dealership know where to send the check or even contact the person? unless you get an oil change and they know by checking your info. in that case i would have a few checks from a few ford dealerships around here with $800+ YIPPIE!!!!
