I heard ppl say it did lower your top speed? Like 5-10 mph?

you will pull a couple hundred rpms higher with the 4.10's so i guess if you really max the car out, you will fall about 5-7 mph slower top end

Yes..if you run higher gears you will loose SOME top end. If your goal in life is to drive everywhere you go at 150mph instead of 145 mph then I DO NOT reccomend gears! However...if you are like MOST Mustang enthusiast then you would want higher gears in order to make it down the track or road alittle faster. 3.73 is an average gear MOST standard trannys go with and 4.10 gears are the average for auto's. If you go with 4.30s in a standard that might be out of the norm-Shane
