Default traction control standard?

Does traction control come standard on an automatic 1999 GT and if so can u turn it off without some kind of tune? cause there is no switch for mine and it is turned off. Just wondering if thats how it came or if that is something the previous owner turned off. Thanks

It does not come standard but they should have since I haven't seen one without it. Unless yours did not have it to begin with.

If there's no button then you don't have it.
