RE: Question about Mach 460?
Ima go take pics of the radio and post em in a second. But there is a "load" button; When you press it, the radio prompts you to "select disc" you pick 1-6, then it opens the little door for the cd, and you insert it, it will then immediatley read the cd, You do this for all 6 cds, Do the reverse with "EJECT" when you want to take them out :-p

RE: Question about Mach 460?
And the rear, NOTE: THREE (3) electronic connectors plus the antenna plug (left); These are your (from left/center to right) Dimmer control module, "mids" amps control module, and head unit power/control module...
Note, you must take the center dash console OUT in order to swap these radios, Ford Radio Pullers DO NOT have holes for the 460 Mach (the radio itself doesnt have the holes).
Dash removal is easy, the Lower center console (around the shifter) pops off, then (what I did) was popped off the a/c vents; then using a large flat head, I pried the bottom and sides open (they're little plastic hooks) and in the inside, on the top of the a/c vents is a small little plastic release for the top hooks. Pop all those off and pull the console down toward you, yu'll ahve to disconnect fog lights switch, rear def switch (if its on your center console) and TCS switch (they're color coded so dont worry about wrong plugs later), there will be two(2) 6mm (metric) bolts holding the head unit into the console. remove those and the radio will slide out, You can check and see if you have the three ford plugs back there, As far as I know, you should, if anything you wont have the dimmer control, which isnt a nessecary part of the radio anyway.... Let me know how it goes or if I can help at all in the removal/install procedures... :-p

Is that the whole radio? I am not to knowledgeable about car radios. I may need to replace mine as it keeps doing the little annoying trick. Will it just plug and play with mine? I ahve an 02 GT.
