idle after racing

Default idle after racing

if i race somebody of just get on it to about 4500-5000 rpms when i come to a light after my car seems to idle a little rough and you can feel it just a little bit. is that normal and if not what could it be?

first youi're a dumbass for street racing second it probably does from still running a little rich from being full throttle

you're not a dumbass for racing or getting into it a little bit because theres no f*cking point to buying a car that halls *** if you're not going to hall ***. that said, i agree with paniro that your car is still just running a little richly from being run at such a high rpm. not neccisarily normal, but not something i would give too much concern to as long as it doesnt continue getting worse.

it drops down after a couple seconds (like 10-15 sometimes) of idling normally.

You're fine. Hauling *** and street racing are two VERY different things.

nothin wrong with fing with some gay ricers at a light, hes not talking about that fast and furious **** you see in the movies, i get those stupid hatchback civics giving me trouble all the time at night, theres really nothing else you can do

thanks it doesnt get worse and i goes away after a couple mins. i rarely go over 85-90 if i race someone ant thats if the roads are open. all the people who want to race me are mostly tibs, civics, riced out cars, so theres no point in going any faster. there have been a few time when ive gone 110+ with a wrx,350Z...etc (ones that are close in performance). last thing i want to to is put others in danger from street racing and i make sure theres room to race before i agree to. but anyways thanks for the help
