I had my LT's installed so I didn't take those off. I did though put the rest of my new exaust on myself. They cut off the old one.

we always heat mine with a plumbing torch and it works, and PB blaster is way better than wd 40... one time on my friends exhaust we just cut two slits down on either side to make it slide off better.

Use a long extension and a swivel with a breaker bar. I also had to use a cheater bar.

if i can remember correctly one of the bults was a bitch to get out, but it is do-able, with alot of patience.
