No, you can unlock it once you put your car back to factory settings.

yeah it works for a whole lot of fords actually, but whichever one you tune you have to return it to stock in order to use it on another car. so you cant go around tuning your friends cars and such. makes sense.

if you buy a used tuner all you gotta do is either go to sct's site and talk to some of the dealers in the forum for a specific tune, or call up the dealer and they can email you the tunes. or make your own tune.

Brenspeed can hook you up with a tune. Or you can get it dyno tuned.

ORIGINAL: DIVER8374

ORIGINAL: TMG
the only thing one has over the other is the ability to adjust the shift firmness and points of an auto tranny ( the SCT ). Other than that its pretty much personal preference.

^^^^ What kind of drugs are you on??? The Predator tuner will also let you adjust the shift firmness and shift points for the auto!!!!!!

Sandcracker21: to answer your question, I feel there are no cons of useing the predator to adjust the shift firmness on the auto. I have it adjusted on mine and have not had any problems with it.
You have the same avatar as chevykiller...odd...hehe.

And if you read the entire thread i obviously know that now. You should check all the other threads with people saying the exact same thing, so you cant only blame me.
