ideas for roll racing? power adders?
i was wondering.... can i put like a small shot of nitrous that cuts off at around 4k rpm just to get my car into the higher rpm's quicker where it makes higher boost levels? my car is a turd from a 45 roll in 3rd gear. i just want more low end than all the power up high for when i get on it. will this work?

Yeah, you can do anything. i guess the question is why would you do THIS? Run it only to 4500? come on, run it to the red line ine very gear. If you have the NOs calibrated and running sweet, then use it up to the red line. No offense, but if your car is a turd in the low end it will be so in every gear and you might as well use the nitrous to the max.

because if i run the juice all the way up.. i will make to much power and blow the motor... ive got 10 psi of boost from the blower on stock internals.. i just want to be able to be able to get into boot faster. im near the max power to my stock internals as of right now.

You can, although im not sure who has a computer out that can do the task. I WISH someone had something as advanced as KPro is for honda's. You can even go as far as setting boost per gear...great for low gear traction.

It is max torque, not max power, that tears up a motor. Your engine does not have a lot of low end torque (or more fairly, it may have a lot, but just not as much as you want), but realize that it is torque--twisting force -- that tears rods and cranks apart and pounds bearings to pieces, regardless of the RPM. Thus, I think if you pursue this course you will twist something loose with the NOS. If it can't take the NOS up in the high RPMs, it can't take it down low, either.
Don't try it. If you are worried about your bottom end not taking it, DON'T add low end T with NOS. Use gears and RPMS to get the performance you want.

Why do you have to start in 3rd. Can't you start in 2nd?

well.. normally at that speed i wont have to much left of 2nd gear but i can do that.. i spin like a b*tch though.
