Head Swap Info needed, yes I know about the sticky but more people will see this

Whats the cheapest I can buy the kit for i.e. bang for buck, like I saw a stage I and II package starting at 1400, think its for the whole kit, wondering what the best price I can do, would it be cheaper to take it off a wrecked mustang and then getting them machined?

You can find classified ads of people selling used PI h/c/i for like $350.......
