no its a piece of metal that supposedly "spirals air" through/into your intake for xtra HP. it's crap. It's just another infomercial toy.

I think it's both, I saw them on eBay and you just slip it onto the exhaust tip and it sounds like you have a turbo. The other thing goes into to air intake and claims to increase gas mileage, I didn't know they claimed to add alot of HP.

No, no, no, they're great! I have 10 of them and squeezed an extra 350hp outta my engine! I am thinking of 10 more to have a round 1000hp mustang for about $900, sweeeeeeeeeeeeet. It runs on diesel now though...

I read a review online once about one of those crappy things where these guys put it on a ford truck, and horsepower actually decreased by like 5hp with it on. Pay to make your car weaker!
