question GOT a deal on saleen pullies can I get the older waterpump
Does the older long shaft water pump fit on the newer cars with no problem??? or does saleen make a spacer for there pullies for the 01-04 mustang gt?? anyone know?? someone sold me pullies for $50 and I looked at saleens website and they did not say there was different ones for the 01+

They changed the alternator in 02 so <01 models havea different set of U/D pullies. To the best of my knowledge they will not work properly on a 02+

Look up Steeda's website. When I ordered my UDP's they had pictures of what changed and which kit you were going to need to order.

ok i know they make different pullies, but is the only difference that the older ones have a different waterpump, since its a good idea to change the waterpump every 100k or so, maybe i can stick the older style waterpump on my newer car and use the pullies
