What is (opinions WITH facts) the best Clutch?
I have a 2003 Mach1, with (of course) the T3650 tranny. I can feel the clutch slipping a little when Im driving, and regardless, I want to upgrade my clutch as step 1 of my supercharger project. I just don't know what the best clutch for the street/strip combo. This car is my daily driver, and I get to the track, maybe once a month; from the looks of the price deal I can get, I'll be getting the twin screw eaton to slap onto the mach (with lower intake and all that crap:-p). I still have the stock 3.55:1 gears, and will either be switching to 4.10s or leaving them stock (the diff from 3:55 to 3:73s just isnt enough to warrant $200 :-p)

spec clutches get mixed reviews. mine chattered pretty bad when i first had it in but my exhaust was also rubbing against the fram (and still is). it works fine now though, its a little stiff so id probably reccomend the stage 1. i here centerforce and king cobra clutches are good all around. whatever you do, dont go with a spec 3 or higher if you drive in traffic a lot. it is the biggest pain in the ***, it makes it look like you dont know how to drive when taking off in traffic.
