That sucks a lot, but it's always a good idea to check everything yourself. It wasn't exactly the best move to make, especially with such an expensive purchase.

I see you are from Mass.

You should give New England Dyno a call, they are a great group of guys!!

I shouldnt have check this companys work thats what i paid for dont you agree.
New england dyno is where i dynoed my car and yes john is a great guy,fair and will help you with any problems.

This is why I check everything that I don't personally do. When I get an assembled short block it gets tore down, clearances cheaked and reassembled by ME. Unfortunatly none of that helps you, I am sorry to hear of your mis-fortune and wish you good luck. FWIW I have never heard of that happening, but I deal mainly with 5.0 engines.
