You might actually loose some low end torque, but you WILL gain some hp, especially on top. You will pick up more than he says. This type of setup is best utilized by cars with poweradders like a turbo or a blower. At rpm, your #'s will be better across the board, for hp and torque.

with just the full exhaust im going to say more like 10-15 RWHP is a better guess. and with a CAI, TB, and Plenium (however the **** you spell it) i am going to guess around 15-20 RWHP. thats my .02 cents for the day.

I hate to say it but I heard about the same thing. I heard that not haveing cats is no good unless you have at least 400hp. I found this out after I put on a h-pipe without cats. Now that I'm redoing the car including the exhaust I'm putting cats on. Its not worth it.
