Default Tell me all about a manifold switch... please!:)

Okay, folks have said I need a new manifold on my Mustang GT... here is the work I've done so far...

Rebuilt 4.6 (8.75-1 compression) with forged manley rods, pistons, cobra crank, PI heads
rebuilt t-45 tranny
Vortech S-Trim Supercharger w/12 psi pulley
SCT chip
3.73 Gears
Centerforce Clutch Kit
Steed TriAx Shifter
75mm FMS Throttle Body
255 Intank Pump
Mass Air Meter
42lb injectors
alumn. drive shaft
Baer Track Claw brake system
Steeda Suspension Kit
Kenny Brown Subframe Connectors
17 x 9.5 Front, 17 x 11 Rear American Racing Wheels, w/ Sumitomo 315s out back.
Bassani X-Pipe
Flowmaster Mufflers

People have suggested doing my manifold. A few questions!

1) What kind should I look at?

2) What kind of power would it add?

3) How much should this cost to have done?

4) Would I need to mess with my tune at all?

Folks, any and all responses are welcome!

are you still running the stock air intake and plenum?

There are several options, typhoon came out with a pretty bad *** looking intake, they said made 23 extra rwhp on a mildly modded 4.6 2v, if thats true the gains would be even more on a supercharged application. There is also the P-51 which seems to make pretty good gains You should ahve your heads ported and polished and a set of blower cams put in there, push those 42 pounders to the max.

Iirc, the typhoon intake is like $600-700 and the p-51 is like $1200.
