They sell LT's for auto's, but they are shaped differently. So make sure they are for an auto before you buy them.

I ordered mine from www.rpmoutlet.com and it didnt say if the headers where for a 5-speed or not. Should I just not worry about it or should I try to contact them.

Here is the link: http://www.rpmoutlet.com/musv8macpro.htm

I would contact them to double check, but I thought most LT's were specifically designed for manuals, which is why they don't specify. Or maybe that brand has some sort of bend that can work with both, I know thats not the case for most brands.

I just did mine, took me 4 days, everything was magnified because of it being 4-5 years old and everything was rusted. I'll have a write up in a few days on what went wrong etc.

Did you have a lift, or did you just jack it up on jack stands?

yeah the BBK instructions say to just throw a jack under the car with a wood block to lift the motor, I am a little skeptical, which is why I haven't bought the LT's yet. I really don't want to pay someone 500 to install them.

I had a combo of, 2 jacks, 2 tire ramps, 4 jack stands, 2 large 2 small. I used them all. The car is fine with just the jack though, its also being supported by the tranny.

But make no mistake, its the biggest pain in the *** youll ever encounter.
