As Matts00GT stated earlier, Advance Auto has the Silverstars on sale, along with a rebate this week. I got a 2-pack. Their regular price was $37. They had an in-store sale price of $30. After the $5 mail in rebate, that makes a pair for only $25!!! (DUH)
I will put them in tonight. I thought about taking pictures (before, during switch and after) but thanks to other pictures already on this thread that would be redundant.
If you are interested in the brighter bulbs for $25 get to Advance Auto now.

As normal, I could have spent lots of time digging around on the internet to get this information, but decided to ask the "Friendlies" on Mustang Forums first. That was well worth it.
THANKS and drive those Stangs safely!

4ZZS, let me know how those lights turn out.

I bought the cool blue. THEY WERNT EVEN ****IN BLUE. They looked like ****. Same exact color as stock, i put it side by side with stock and couldnt see a difference. In fact, my friends thought the stock ones looked better. So I went back into the store and returned them.

I have Silverstars and since going to HID is so expensive,I'm going to keep them.To make the most out of what you do have, check the aim point of your headlights. The newer cars only adjust up or down but mine was off by several feet(at a distance) when the car was new.Go to a parking lot at night and adjust them to suit your driving habits.I even got an interested cop to help.

your local wal-mart has the set of 9007 silverstars for around $38
they are much brighter than stock halogen bulbs , but not as bright as HID.
Good upgrade for the price. hope this helps
I got my silverstars from Advanced AutoParts for about 30ish and I liek them. Brighter than stock, I needed them to see at night with the blackouts on. I go tthe foglight bulbs too, but they both blew, don't ask me why. I went back to the stock bulbs for the fogs...

i would recommend these bulbs any day over the silverstars, i work at an auto parts store and they just werent what i was looking for, my friend came by one day and he had some luminics that werent even the pure blues, they were just a hyper white from luminics and they were looking better than my bulbs, it looked sorta like hid from a distance

these are some pure blues from luminics
