biggest tire size on stock rims

I know ppl have asked this b4 but what is the absolute biggest size you can fit on the stock 2002 gt rims?? I dont want to go overboard but i have 275's on the rear but i dunno how much more i can go, let me know

I'm not 100% sure, but i think 275 is probably the most you can go on a stock rim...i haven't heard of anyone going bigger than that.

275's start to bulge some so anything over would look out of place and I believe, would be too big for the rim.

275/40/17 is the biggest size you can go with on a stock 17x8 rim
