Default quick and probably dumb question.

What is the engine size of the 99-04 mustang GT? i mean like some engines are 302 or 351. i just wondered cause i seen a mustang on campus that has a badge that says 270 and just didnt know what it meant. thanks guys

As far as I know, its a 281. i.e. the saleen s 281.

Yes all mustang gt's and cobra from 96-04 are 281 c.i.

check these out. here are the actual calculations.



cubic inches to litres 0.016387 i.e. 281ci x .016387=4.604l

litres cubic inches 61.023 i.e. 4.6l x 61.023=280.7058ci.

nope.

the smallest production V8 ever was a ferrari 2.0 - 121ci it was in the 1975 208GT4

the smallest american V8 ever was a 3.5 - 215ci in the 1961 buick special 215
