Default Pi Intake on NPI heads

Has anybody tried this intake and if so what were the results?

Seems pretty good for somebody not wanting to have to use 91 octane.

Yea so im confused. I need a straight answer about this intake replacement deal for my car (97). I called Ford for they want 546 dollars for a kit, way to much for me. Then i find this on ebay for 220 shipped, seems nice to me but is it everything i need? Im thinking not.
And some people say that i can go out and get an intake from a 99+ and bolt it up. Or another thing i have found is a Non PI intake that will bolt up to. But im not sure what else that would need.

I really need to know

Thanks
