To be honest, your mileage will be terrible. Someone once told me the more you mod and get a fast car, the more you will be on the gas feeling the pull. That will killyour mileage. They also said that with mods and good tunes, technically you can get good mileage but the temptation I will call it will overcome you.

Well technically any aftermarket part will effect your mpg some more then others. Stage 1 cams will affect your mpg but i highly doubt more then 1-3mpg. So its not gonna affect it too much.
