Default Tune up recommendations...

I know it probably been posted before but I wanted to post before I left to work. Im doing a tune up on my 96 GT this weekend. What kinda of plugs should I use, how much are they, and where can I get them? Same thing with the coils. Any one wanna share any little secrets to get my car running smoother. I already have a K&N and 9mm plugs wires.

I jusy got a set of stock Motocraft Platinums and with that I noticed a huge difference on how smooth it ran. Then I did MSD Blaster Packs and MSD 8.5mm Superconductors and called it a day. Has never ran so good
