my 98 gt which I recently bought a few months ago is now making a strange noise I am thinking that its from the clutch because
when im in nuetral and I push the clutch in it will slightly lower then noise lvl
and when im going down the road it will completely stop the noise when I push the clutch in

has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

im sure the throwout bearing is not gunna cost that much

but how much is it gunna set me back to get it installed or is it easy enough to do yourself?

Well to replace the throw out bearing, the trannys gotta be dropped, so your looking at probably 3-5 hours of labor, and its like 60 bucks an hour around here, but if you have dropped a tranny by yourself then it would be a walk in the park the replace that throw out bearing.

if you have the money might as well just replace the clutch with a racing clutch like spec or king cobra or something cuz they gotta drop the tranny anyway.
