the stangs being sold and im getting a new car it costs over 4000$ to fix and its not worth doing it on a car with 95k on it

If it was the same problem as me, theres a chance they might warranty the parts even if your out of warranty, provided the check oil light never came on (since that would be a manufacturer defect). Theyd pobably make u pay for the labor tho, which would be about a 1000 bucks. It may be worth looking into.

probably an exhaust leak, i had a ticking noise and i took it to the speedshop to install some mods and they fixed my exhaust leak that I didnt know i had for free. car sounds alot better nwo.

yea the problem has been known for a while, it was the combo of a blown engine and crappy exhaust manifold bolts...
