Default Engine noise around 2000-2500

Hey this is only my second topic on here, the other was about a tranny problemI was having, which is going in on monday to have a factory tranny swap. My question here is that when im giving it about 75% throttle around 2000-2500 RPMS I hear this noise, it's almost sounds like a slight knocking noise coming from my engine. It doesn't do it in neutral and I can only hear it in between those RPMS, when on the throttle, in any gear. Im not sure if anyone on here has heard of this or had any experience with it, but any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks,
Andrew.

PS. not sure if this matters but the car is bone stock.

If you're bringing the car into the dealership on Monday for the tranny problem, have them check that out too. If you need to, take them for a ride and point it out to them. Remember,Knocking is bad!

I thought the did too, but the piston slap generally occurs on start-up and cold idle.

yeah, this noiseis all the time, I called them and they're going to check it out on Monday when it goes in for the trans. This car is getting rediculous,I think im going to find out about the lemon law in PA, because the thing only has 5800 miles on it and the trans went, now this engine knocking. Im sure the car was beat before I got it or else these things would not be happening, and I definitely do not want to be paying as much as im paying a car that has been beat. I'll let you guys know how it goes on Monday though. Thanks for the help,
