stangs sound like **** without some sort of glasspacks at least. ever hear one open headers? sounds like some diesel with a hole in the exhaust. i would just wait untill you can get your final exhaust setup man.

what about resignators (sp) in place of the mufflers?
thats the real issue with exhaust. baffles are in mufflers so it has a distinct difference ins ound from R-S-O-N-A-T-O-R-S

Engines that are stock (or close) sound like crap on open headers, not just Stangs. IMO his car will sound like total *** with straight pipes.

agreed, not just stangs. cammed big blocks sound nasty open headers. nasty as in sexy

I got pulled over by a SCHOOL Cop because he said my car was too loud! I laughed at him as he gave me a $2 ticket for driving recklessly in the parking lot. After that I did a big burnout leavin the parking lot, but thats just my little story to tell.

i dont have mufflers...i think my car sounds good, have never had anybody say anything bad...always compliments..
