service engine light

service engine light
hey
i've had my slp catted x in for about 6 months
and last week the service engine light came on
i took it to midas for the free inspection
and they said it was the catalytic converter
but they only ran the codes
"catalyst system efficiency below threshold"
they didn't een look under the car to see the different midpipe
no other codes, no misfires or anything, sounds like normal
i'm not sure if it's my cat or my O2 sensor
any suggestions?
