well i put my car on the dyno tonight and i put down 238 to the wheels....with very few mods.....4.10 gears, diablo programmer, c&l plenum 75mm-no aftermarket throttle body kit, and i got flowmaster and gutted cats....

not bad, did you dyno it while it was stock to see your gains? and was it a dynometer(sp?) or a mustang dyno?

What would you say 238 rwhp equals at the crank? 280? My friend said that the average 05 GT dynos around 260 at the wheels, and they are rated at 300 at the crank so....

Usually around 15% drivetrain loss. So roughly with 238rwhp=274 crankshaft horsepower.
