Hey guys...my Bullitt started displaying a 'check fuel cap' warning tonight...I checked it out and the cap was in prefectly...and i even undid it and redid it several times as tightly as possible with no fixing it. I did notice however that the metal tab that springs forward to close the gap beneath the plastic cap wasn't closing the entire way...anyways, I want to know how I can fix this and clear the damn warning light.

wow i didn't even know there was a "check fuel cap" light, i would just get a new gas cap, or borrow a friend's and see if the problem really is your gas cap
