Default rods and pistons

i was wondering if anyone had some advice on what rods and pistons to get. Im buying a new pi motor and want to put rods and pistons in it. I plan on spraying a 250 wet shot to it but i dont want anything that will not be drivably when not using nitrous. thanks

probe makes excellent internals. they have been known to last in 1000+ hp applications.

get a new intake manifold if you are going to be spraying a 250 shot, the plastic one may go boom

Oliver Billit I-beams if ya have the $1300

You can get a nice stroker kit for about $2200 with the oliver Ibeams, steel crank and Manley Forged pistons.

You can generally find 4340 H-Beams for about $600-800 range and forged pistons will run about the same.
