Im posting this to see if maybe anyone can help me with whats happening with my car. i have a 98 gt with 74000 miles on it. the problem im having with the car is that it has a slight stumble when at idle, most noticeable when stopped at a light or sitting in drive. when the car is in park it feels as if its running fine but you can feel what sort of feels like a miss when at a light. so far ive had the plugs and wires changed and i just changed the coil packs today but still the same problem. ive also had the fuel filter changed. anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? thanks in advance.

Pull it off and clean it up or just replace it. Common occurance with our cars for it to go bad.

I have the same problem. Someone told me it was the DPFE sensor, I replaced mine and it solved the problem. I had a real choppy idle; similar to that of an extremely large cam.

the same xact thing happened to an old bmw of mine. i got nearly everything replced on it and it still didnt help. changed oil, plugs, vacuums, filters, tranny. we ended giving up and i got me a mustang. . i dont know what u can do...but i feel ur pain.
