anyone know what springs are the best...i was looking on stangsuspension.com and they have the steeda springs that came on the steeda stangs. They are 300 but i know the discount code. Anyone have them and are they good??they are suppose to be alil stiffer than the reg steeda springs. and its a 1 1/4 inch drop front and rear , will that settle lower like 1 1/2 or more? i have a bigggg gap between my wheels and wheel well and i have 17 inch bullets with comp TA's 275 something cant remembe rbut they are low pro's and need a drop?? also bumpster kit worth it? and should i buy all suspension , is it that bad when u lower it??and alignment?

It's personal preferance when your talking about the best. H&R's are great, as well as Eibachs. But no one has ever talked about BBK Specific Rate Springs. I just put some BBK's on my car and WOW I love the look and the ride quality. 1.5" drop on both sides. I got the bump-steer kit just to be safe and it works like a charm. You don't need any other suspension yet, but new shocks/struts may be in sight for the future. And after the springs settle it wouldn't hurt to get an alignment. And it's not bad when you lower it, I've never heard anything about it being bad. Hope it helps...

I have the H & R Sport Springs on my 2002. As soon as I get the car back from getting my tranny rebuilt I will post some better pics. As far as ride and handling? I have never been in another 99-04 Mustang with anything else, but I think the car rides and handles great.

I've heard Eibachs get spoongy over time but they're comfortable.
I've heard H&R are stiffer but hold up better over time.

I'm not sure if BBK, Ford Racing, Steeda or SprangZ are progressive rate like the above springs are so that may play into your decision.

I had H&R in my '03 and ditched them for BBKs because the ride was too harsh.

The BBKs rocked IMO. 1.5" all around.
