First you have a beautiful car! Is that black or true blue? It looks black. With just a cat back you should be able to run around 14.3 to 14.4. With the mods you asked about I would say 14.2ish. I ran 14.3 with flowmaster weld ins and nothing else in my '04 GT auto when I had it.

Capable of a 14 flat, but you'll most likely run anywhere from 14.3-14.5 after a couple runs.

perhaps the car is capeable of going 14 flat but you know it will never happen in real life LOL.

He's almost bone stock on the stock rubber with an untuned slushbox.

Seriously my bruva, if he is asking this question, he probably has not been to the track much, if at all, which is cool but it means that if he wanted to set a goal (or talk trash to anyone LOL). A novice should probably try to get under 14.5 - 14.4 depending on the day.

I couldn't get my modded, 5 speed '03 to a 14 flat on the stock rubber. That is what I see those cars run all the time in real life.

....and he should pick up just over a tenth with the mods.

you'll be in the 15's your first run
no, seriously, you probably will

then after about 4-5 runs, (not hot lapping) you should run a 14.2ish, maybe a bit higher 14.4's,,

anywher in there is a safe bet
just dont ask what i ran my first time out with mods
