how does your car computer know when to set the limiter at the low setting and when to set it at the "true" rev limit? is it just the lower rev limit when your speedo is at zero?

Not sure...I am by no means any type of tuner expert.

So I don't really understand fully what it is/does. So you just floor it and your car will hold it at whatever RPM you set the limiter to? So whats the benefit other than not having to hold your foot at a certain amount of throttle? And how does it improve your launch that much? I'm not saying it doesnt improve your launch, I just dont fully understand how.

Oh young people have a hard time holding the right amount of rev too. Whenever I am about to launch, I get kinda nearvous and therefore shaky. If I get a tuner, I am definitely going to get the 2-step.

It sounds cool. I've been reading your posts and visiting the 4.6 forum a long time before I joined. Everyone is interested in straight shot times, but very few guys, or none are interested in course lap times. I guess it is easier to get time in on the strip then on a course. For me, I'm going to set up my n/a so that it is good for cornering and course tracks. But, any talk about Mustangs gets me excited!
