alright guys im having trouble trying to decide which exhaust i want to go with for my car. i know i want loud. thats for sure. i dont know if i also want an x pipe too?
please help me out, your feedback is appreciated.

depends on what "LOUD" you want. if you want raspy loud go with SLP. if you want rumble loud go with Flowmaster 1 chambers


BTW the SLP will be louder than the flowmasters

spend the money get the Borla (must be the stinger tho) u wont regret it

don't do flowmasters. they sound like crap at higher RPMs. if you want loud and deep, get SLP loudmouth 2. they're louder than flows, deeper than flows, and don't sound like *** above 2500rpm. magnaflow is a nice choice if you don't want something much louder than stock, but sound awesome when you romp on the gas. lots of people like magnapacks, but i'm not a huge fan. i think they sound more hollow than the loudmouth 1s. there's bassani, loud and deep tone, but they're pricey and not worth the extra $200 or so than other catbacks.

an X pipe will make your exhaust louder and deeper than the stock H, but an aftermarket H will be even louder and deeper than that X.

you want the best sounding mufflers then get edelbrock SDT mufflers. they're restrictive but they sound the best. they wont be the loudest. but i have them on both my cars. i had the SLP loudmouths and sold them for $12 a peice. didnt like the sound. but always remember the more horsepower a car makes the better the car will sound

i used to have the loudmouth 1s. i didn't like them. they got TOO loud when i put my X on. so i got the loudmouth 2s and never looked back!

you gotta be more specific when you say loudmouth, david.

gotcha. yeah i had the ones that looked like glasspacks but sounded like an extra set of hollow cats

ok im getting some good ground to stomp on here. i checked out the SLP and the magnaflows. magnaflow makes two kinds of cat backs, one is reg mufflers, the other is "magna Pack" which looks similar to the loudmouth ehaust. which one were you talking about being sweet when you "romp" on the gas?

and will i be able to put the pipes on in my driveway?

all aftermarket exhaust sound "sweet" when you romp on the gas. well all except for the Greddy cat back
