It will not be a clean title antmore. If a car you try to trade was in a wreck, you get practically nothing for it

I get that it wouldnt be a clear title but what he is saying is that i should ask the insurance company to give me what the depreciated value of my car is AND fix my car as well?

Yes, because even if it is still in perfect condition, if it doesnt have a clean title, the value will suffer greatly.

basicly since the car was in an accident its no longer worth book value, i got rear ended and my car was like new so they paid for it to be repaired then i asked for depreciated value and they sent me a check for 500$, i think in most states it is a law if you ask them they have to but in Georgia its not a law but they still did it
