I have a boost and oil pressure sitting in a twin pod gauge.

Really didn't need the boost gauge since the SC will be at a set psi.... but it'll be fun watching it rise and fall.

definitely get mechanical guages. i would get an oil pressure for sure...then either fuel pressure, water temp (mech), or a pyrometer (exhaust temp). a regular a/f ratio guage is absolutely useless for tuning but has a blinky light that impresses some people a wideband o2 is very accurate and extremely useful for tuning but expensive and you don't need one anyway.
