Valve body questions

now, this sounds pretty good, it allows me to shift whenever I want and a shift kit will help obv. but I dunno which one I should get. I was thinking the 1st one sounds like what I want, something to DD but then take it to the dragstrip once in a while. Any opinions? And they all will allow me to control my shifts correct?
