Default Help with a new H-pipe.

Ok I just put the Borla Stingers on today, and I am about to order an H-pipe. Any suggestions on a good brand for an H-pipe

the mac is a good sounding h pipe, but a lot of people are getting the X now. That is because it gives you a couple more hp. But the MAC H sounds VERY good on a mustang. I think that the h gives you a little better sound and the x gives you more power

O/R MAC H is a good pipe and one of the best sounding out there. If your going strictly sound definatly get the H. But I've heard my share of Prochamber's on Stangs and I have to say a Prochamber w/ MAC's sounds amazing! Go with the H, call it a day, and you won't be dissapointed!

plus, mac h is deep, but quality is crap. Mine was starting to rust through after 6 mos of typical fla driving. very poor workmanship. whatever you do, get stainless - you'll be glad you did down the road.

if you drive it in the winter, get something SS

as far as what is the best

MRT is hands down superiour to anything ive heard before

guy on mustangexhaust has a Stinger catback with a MRT catted H (500+ dollars[]) but its ALMOST as loud as my MAC o/r H

the MRT o/r H would be good too

but if youre not wiling to drop more on a midpipe than the catback (like most sane people) then the MAC o/r H will make you shat when you start the car

im not sure ive heard from anyone else other than me that has the o/r H with the Stingers, believe me , its sex

Along with the MRT...BBK and Magnaflow are easily two of the best available midpipes. The quality is top notch and they're stainless.

Personally, I would never own a MAC product...but you can't go wrong with BBK or Magnaflow.

Also, if your looking to go Longtubes later on...go with the short BBK-X for sure.
