Noises in my 02 (non engine related)

Noises in my 02 (non engine related)
I've got a couple of noises that I'd like to track down and fix as cheaply as possible. Looking for anyone with experience or general input into these problems
1st: Drivers side door makes a squeak when I open it. It seems to actually be related to the handle mechanism, not the door hinges
2nd: Clutch pedal/cable: I get a sound and some friction/resistence from underneath the car when I push in the clutch cable. It's not the cable, quadrant or pedal assembly. It could be a bearing, spring or something else is shot in the transmission itself. In anycase, it's really squeaky as I push the clutch pedal in and out.
3rd: knockin or banging with the convertible top when i go over bumps. It's water tightly shut but it still makes some annoying noise. Do I need to replace the rubber up there or could it possibly be something else?
