I heard the internal stops suck and you can bend a shift fork by putting it too hard into 3rd gear...... dunno if you guys disagree but i heard put the stops in and make sure they are set right

No, I disagree. Theres really no need for them with the 3650. Install one and you`ll see.

I love my MGW too!! haha +1 times a million...

As far as the stops... in the directions when I installed mine it said that Tremec says to not use the stops. I don't know exactly why because i threw the directions out, but I know in the directions for mine it said in nice bold letters on a page they added that they contacted Tremec and said not to use the stoppers.. I haven't used my stoppers and i've had mine in for two months and I couldn't be happier...
