Default What to expect from these mods?

How much HP is to be expected on an 01 GT with the following mods?:

Mac O/R Pro-Chamber
SLP LM1 Catback
C&L Intake Plenum
BBK 75mm Throttle Body
JLT CAI
SCT XCal 2
Steeda UDP's

These are to be my first set of mods, what kind of HP you think I will have once I get all of these on my car? I was hoping for about 250 at the wheels, is that unreasonable???

I'd definately say 250rwhp is reasonable with these mods, might even be closer to 260. I'm not to sure though, but hey, lets hope.

That's probably a good guess.

Thats good to know. I am hoping to be able to beat my friends 05 GT, or atleast hang with it. Assuming I am the better driver, you think I will be able to beat him/keep up once I get my 4.10s?

I'd have to say you got a pretty good chance. But go from a stop, (how a real race should always be done). It will be close, but if hes stock than you got a good chance. Have fun and let us know how it goes.

Yea it would all be in good fun. And yea he's stock except CAI and flowmasters. Which reminds me of another question I have. Is it true that since the MAF is so senstive on the new GT's, a CAI will not net you any gains (without a tune) and can actually send your computer into "limp mode"?

I have no idea about the new stangs. But what I've heard is they produce more power with CAI's than the 99-04 GT's. But I'm not sure if you need a tune afterwards or not. Maybe you should ask this in the 05-06 section.
